1. Remember the foundation being dug for Tower addition. It goes very deep in the ground.
2. Remember hearing Jim B describe the lobby of the Tower where there was going to be a bowling alley. That was his favorite sport.
3. Remember the first time I heard it was going to come down. Sad.
4. There is still hope http://www.heraldonline.com/109/story/40993.html

1. Remember Jim selling life time memberships for 1,000 dollars. Now Morningstar is asking for 1,000 dollar deposits on condos in the tower. Wonder what it is about 1,000 dollar gifts?

Was just watching the New Jim Bakker Show and he was saying he is going to build an amphitheater at Morningside. Some of my fondest memories concerning Heritage USA revolve around the amphitheater. We had the best show ever in that place. How I miss Heritage USA!

Just finished watching the New Jim Bakker Show's 4th of July programming. I'm having flash backs! I think even post traumatic stress. I feel your pain Mondo.

Hawaii trip Dec 1979. Remember DH calling us to his room to tell us that Tammy was divorcing Jim. I remember how we prayed and prayed. I remember the tension in paradise. While it took awhile I remember how God answered that prayer. I know it finally happened but not on our watch. How I hope that Randy and Paula White have a security team praying for them like we did J & T. Lot of former Heritage staff work for them and I hope they don't have to go thru another repeat. Once was enough.

I miss the Christmas City USA light display each year. What a joy that was! Sure wish that MorningStar could bring that back in some small part just by decorating the hotel and their surrounding property. It will obviously never be of the magnitude that it once was, but wouldn't the hotel and surrounding grounds look beautiful all decked out for the holidays?
