I dont know if anyone knows about this kind of stuff but I was wondering if anyone had some advice for me. A few months ago I had an issue with telephone harassment with another girl and she is now pressing charges even though it only went on for like 2 weeks. I'm not saying that i was in the right but seeing how I know anything about the courts cause i have never been in trouble before i dont know what to expect. This is my first offense and I never threatened her or anything like that. So i guess what I am asking is what should i expect? Ive heard that i could get 6 months in jail and then I have heard that i could get probation and an anklet bracelet? I'm a new mom and I dont know what to expect. please any advice would be great.
