Sure does make a quick or fast snack when one is called on to meet or catch a quick departure for an unexpected assignment.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any news about the future of The Upper Room building at the former Heritage USA complex?
It was stated in one of the area homeowner's association newsletters that The Upper Room was to be demolished. It is also my understanding that a representative of the owners, Earl & Sabrina Coulston, also stated this. I pray that this is not the case. If anyone has any information regarding the future of this beloved building, I'd certainly appreciate it. God bless & thank you, Todd Barwick toddbarwick@yahoo.com http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HeritageUSA |

Please keep the residents of Regent Park and neighboring areas (that formerly comprised Heritage USA) in your prayers. All prayer is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you all for continuing to pray for that The Upper Room at the former Heritage USA will be restored. I pray that the mold situation will be remedied so that the owners will be able to once again use this building for God's work! Continue to keep all involved parties in your prayers please as well.

Does anyone know if the interior of the Barn auditorium was ever finished? From the pics that have been posted on the internet, it looks like the exterior was pretty well renovated. Just wondering if the inside had carpet, drapes, finish materials, etc. Thanks

Any information about future plans for the now shuttered Upper Room complex at the former Heritage USA is appreciated. I am praying that God's will be done with this magnificent and Holy building for whom so many have a heavy heart and fond memories of the past ministry outreaches held in this unique and beautiful facility. What a shame it would be for such an awesome piece of history to be lost! If anyone has any information regarding future plans for this magnificent parcel, please let me know. Thank you, Todd Barwick toddbarwick@yahoo.com Please join us at the Yahoo! Heritage USA group for the latest updates on ministry events now happening at the former Heritage USA site in Fort Mill, SC! http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HeritageUSA |

Did Coulston Enterprises ever start construction on the much heralded shopping complex that was to surround Heritage Lake and was purported to be similar in design to Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC?
It sounded like quite an ambitious project that would be ideally suited for the Heritage site. Just wondering if those plans were still on or if anyone knows anything about it? Thanks |

Is it true that Roe Messner and his new wife, Melanie Hart are already divorced or in the process of a divorce? I read this on another board and was surprised given that it's not even been a year since they were married. Just curious if anyone else had heard that. Thanks

On the Flames of Fire Ministry website, there is a posted note from Sabrina Coulston dated August 2005 that states that they planned to renovate and enlarge what they are now calling the "Crown International" campground (formerly the PTL/Heritage USA campgrounds). Does anyone know if this project is still in the works, or did their plans change?
There have been no ministry updates to their website since April 2008, so I was just wondering if there had been some sort of change. Also, does anyone have any new information on The Upper Room? It was closed reportedly due to mold issues but has never reopened. Then it was stated on various websites and apparently in some public forums that there were plans to tear it down and replace it with townhomes (a rather odd choice - especially in today's economy - much less considering that this particular building probably has more historical and Biblical significance than any piece of property at Heritage). If anyone can shed some light on what exactly Flames of Fire is doing with the old Heritage properties, it would be appreciated. Also, what is going on with the old Amphitheater? It was noted that it would be a venue for youth concerts, but strangely it seems to have been partially demolished (several years ago) and then just left to sit amongst weeds. It's all just very odd because it seems that what was originally stated by Flames of Fire as plans for these properties has not come to fruition. Just wondering if something has happened that has altered the original vision by this ministry. Thank you. |

I read on another board that Earl Coulston's development company is presently tearing down the old Heritage USA campgrounds and that single family homes are to be built on this site. I've still received no word as to their future plans for The Upper Room building. It would be a tragedy of epic proportion if this wonderful, unique and Holy building was sacrificed for the sake of building more tract homes. I pray that Mr. Coulston will spare at least this portion of Heritage USA and preserve it as is for generations to come.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if Zadok House of Prayer could occupy this building? Since their mission is 24 hour intercessory prayer, it would seem that they would be the perfect ministry to carry on the torch of the Upper Room's ministry. Lets all pray for the future of The Upper Room! |
