Hello all

vBulletin is commercial software, and they don't really offer a free version. You'd have to buy it from vBulletin.com.
That said, there are several free alternatives out there that are quite good. My current favorite is InvisionBoard, located at www.invisionboard.com - which is both free or paid, depending on whether you want support, etc. There's also phpBB, located at www.phpbb.com - which is also free. Unless I'm misunderstanding you, the feature you're looking for is built in to InvisionBoard 1.3; attachments, multiple attachments, and inline images are all supported.

Hello i just want to ask a question. for the phpbb fourm board. i know its free. when i got to download it theres a list of mirrors. do i click on the one in my country or the one i live in?
