I think the best thing to start with is a homepage. Create a homepage that looks nice and advertise your product on it. Try to get lot of people on the site and then ask for cooperations with other websites.

u can always go to chatrooms to spread the word about it. You can also make an website for it. you go to freewebs.com and make a website. hope i helped =)
