The "Entertainment Guide" book of discounts, promotions, 2-for-1 deals, etc is running a Holiday promotion for the 2003 coupon book.

Order between now and January 31st using the coupon link belwo and you'll get $5 off and Free Shipping. It looks like the price of the book varies with the geographical area you are in (because of the number of deals for that area?). The one for Madison, WI (where I'm based) is $30, before the coupon.

Added Note: It looks like the $5 doesn't show until you get to the shopping cart, but the link *does* work.

Overall, these books are a pretty good deal. In ours there's a ton of buy-1-get-1 deals for restaurants; with a few dinners during the course of 2002, the book paid for itself.

This promo did not end on Jan 31st, and hasn't ended yet. n As far as I know, it's now open-ended. I'm not sure how long the coupon will last for.

Alright, this one doesn't get any better. I promise.

This usually happens a little later in the year - like after summer. This year, it's early.

The Entertainment Guide - essentially a big book of coupons - is now down to the price of $10 + Shipping for the 2003 edition. With the restaurant coupons _alone_ one could probably save $10 with one or two outings.

aprylb, I doubt it. I really think the $10 + shipping is the lowest you see. They can't be making much in the way of profit at that price..

but i need to order about 5!!! i think i will call them and talk to a real person and see if they can give me some type of deal. i really hate to pay that much shipping for each book. i know that it is cheaper but the books are half over already.
