Aol Locking Up - Help

When i'm running aol it seems to lock up every now and again. The mouse wont move and ctrl+alt+del wont do anything. Only option is to hit reset. Any ideas?

Many thanks
Steve

Many things could be causing this. The most common are a fault in the software, or a fault in the memory. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the AOL software. If that doesent work, free up some resources, by removing a few items out of startup, or upgrading your memory. Memory faults are generaly caused by either not having enough memory, or conflicting software. If you don't have very much RAM, and you rarely restart your computer, it will eventually lock up, probably the next time you launch a major program like AOL. This is a fact of life because of the way windows handles your memory. If AOL is not locking up after a reboot, then your problem is simple... Reboot your computer before you sign onto AOL.
