e mail
i bought a domain name, catman.tv for 2 years about 18 months ago. imagine my surprise when i tried to find the site and it is shown as available. i called the company and explained to them that they have been sending me updates to my e mail address but they insist that there is no record. how can i retrieve their past e mails?

If you received emails within the last 7 days, to your AOL mailbox, you can retrieve them by going to Read in the toolbar and clicking Old Mail.
If you received mail before that time, it will only be available if you've saved it on your own hard drive. Saved mail, if automatically saved, will be in your Personal Filing Cabinet, which you can get to by clicking File in the AOL Toolbar, then Filing Cabinet or Personal Filing Cabinet (PFC). Also, your payment method (checking, credit card) will have a record of the charge, if you need to dispute it with the company. Corr |
