Yeah.. he can charge for it, and should. If you want it for free, get on kazaa and type "dead aim".
It's not legal, but you can take the risk if you want.

It would probably be best if you read the previous threads before posting your reply. This has been discussed for pages and pages.. and pages. There is a free older version available for download. Do a search or go through this thread, I know it was mentioned several times.

well actually i did read all of the post and all there doing is complaning about how it should cost money or not and if its illegal to download for free so i thought mabey someone could actually help me and not tell me how its wrong for them to pay you dont have to be rude about it i just want someone to help me. And i did many searches there all in different langauges.

I'm not trying to be rude, but when the question has been answered practically on a daily basis, it gets old after a while. Additionally, why would it be legal for you to have it while illegal for everyone else? Because you asked nicely?

On page two of this thread, this post had a link to a website that was offering an older version for free.

Maybe that will be of some use to you. TIW and it's admins have always been very clear on their policy of sharing illegal programs. They dont allow anyone to post links or files to illegal programs, often to ensure the safety of the user. I have seen several links to supposed versions of DeadAIM, and all have turned out to include a nasty virus or two.

You obvisouly didnt read mine cause what i said was that how its illegal i didnt say it was legal for me i said there arguring how its illegal ok and i dont give a **** about the admin or w/e i just got this so i can get a link to dead aim ok u and what i was talking about if u obvisouly read the other posts was they were talking about kazaa and how its illegal now to download things off there dumbass but thanks for your help.

That's one long poorly written sentence you got there. It doesn't matter whether you download DeadAIM from Kazaa or here, unless it is from the DeadAIM site, it is illegal.

Ok um im not writing a college paper here so pms ladie shut the **** up and um no store has just credit cards only cause of reasons like this and um i would never steal its againest my religion and i dont give a **** if i cant post here i dont even know what kinda of forum this is i have my own forum with my own friends yea friends obvisouly something none of your nerds have heard of and just go get some midol thats all you have to do not that hard and you can ban me all you want um ever hear of re registering i do have other emails ever think of that o no i didnt use correct grammer i wrote like one who sentence i sure hope colleges dont see or any jobs i get interviews for even though the only kinda of jobs i can apply for have online resumes and there just simple yes and no questions wow what a concept are you one of those pale people that have never seen the sun. I think you guys were a little harsh on her yeah she was doing it but, so was matt and he actually kinda started it. I mean she just asked a simple question its not like she was trying to give anyone any trouble and i also think that you by making rules on what we can and cant say is not using the right of freedom of the speech you know the first admendmant I don't think I spelt that right, but anyways she was really mean in the end, but she wouldnt have gotten that rude, but mabey if you apologize then she will too. And also you said that steeling things off the internet is steeling but it depends under the circumstances like ok ya if she some how hacked into the webserver and stole it or something i dont even think you can do that, but anyways if she went to google or yahoo and it said download aim for free like that website did for older versions then it wouldn't be steeling. Because its for free something for free can not be stolen. But shes talking about being catholic i think cause im catholic too and one of the commandments say shall not steel and steeling is defined as taking something without paying and you dont have to pay for free things. You also said that you knew that in classier stores that they don't except money and thats not true its againest that law not take money I know this because im in a business law class and plus she said she was like only a teenager so why would she be in a classy nice store anyways without her parents. Thats just what i think though, but I think you should be the older person and apoligize. But don't get mad at me for stating my opinion like you did with her.

There is no way to legally download DeadAIM for free. You can read the previous posts in this thread to learn a bit more about the situation.
