Aim Plus Download Problem

Recently I have tried to download AiM plus but for some reason when I click on AiM_steup.exe some weird message pops up saying that the file to download this cannot be found or it could be some virus. But I think it's because awhile back, when i was going through some aim tricks. It sed to delete something in the "system 32" folder to take away the adds off aim. Now i think it could've been the folder I deleted that creates this error. Anyone know how I can get it back?
