Well, at least if another browser works - then you have access to your e-mail. That's at least an improvement. It also tells us that the problem lies in Internet Explorer, Windows, or software that is interfering with IE.
What version of Windows and IE are you running? |

I'm having the same hotmail blank-page problem.
I'm running XP and IE 6. I've tried accessing hotmail through Firefox, and no joy there either. The weird thing is that a housemate can access their hotmail account from the same computer, (same XP login), same broadband connection, etc. I've mailed Hotmail to see if it's a problem at their end, but this thread and others like it seems to suggest that this is an ongoing problem. Any ideas? (I've also deleted temporary internet files, reset the security level to default). Thanks |

Further to my post immediately above this one:
While trying again to log into Hotmail, when I closed the Exlorer window the following error message popped up: --------- Acrobat IEHelper: IEXPLORE.EXE The instruction at "0x1a4072a6" referenced memory at "0x63631894". The memory could not be "read" Click on OK to terminate the program --------- Does this mean anything to anyone out there? Thanks. |

Hi I'm Tanya
hi_im_tanya
Guest Registered: Not Yet Location: Posts: N/A I have the same exact problem. It's been like this since sept. 4, the way that I finally got it to work but it's really annoying is to go to hotmail.com and sign in the usual way (do not click save password) after the blank screen comes up, retype www.hotmail.com in the address bar and it should work. I still want it to work normally though. Anyone know what's wrong? This worked!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!! |

Hotmail won't come up
This really works. I had a friend try it.
I just went to google and searched for .NET passport and it took me right to the sign in page. Sign in with your hotmail id/pswd and go to the top and click on hotmail. IT should take you to your email address. |
