I was wondering if someone could find me the tabs for "A song to sing", of Hanson (This time around). It's a really cool, sentimental song that I've been loving for a while.
E-mail them, if you can find them or get them, at deluxe11_1999@hotmail.com Many thinks if someone cares about this. Marth. |

If some one out there knows a place where i can get the sheet music to mark schultz "letters from war" song for FREE then i would greatly appreciate it and be in your debt (meaning i would work to repay you by trying to get you something in return
) Please some one out there. I have a good deal of jazz music and i know a program just like kazaa that hasnt been found by the music companies yet. It gives me a lot of the music i have now. Buying Cd's is so retarded, they are only half full when you buy them. thanks to anyone who tries to look or has the book and a scanner handy =) |

Oh yeah my e-mail is warrencorsair@yahoo.com so if someone out there knows where the sheet music is for mark schultz letters from war on piano i would greatly appreaciate it
![]() my e-mail name is odd i know so if some of you want to know how it came about ill tell you. Back in WWII there was a man named Warren Earl Vaughn who flew corsairs for the US navy. he was shot down over one of the islands under japanese control named ChiChi Jima. This island was constantly being bombarded by the navy parked right outside their door. After Vaughn was shot down he managed to get out of the aircraft and deploy his parachut landing in the water. A Japanese patrol boat found him and took him prisoner on the island. On the island he was polite to the japanese troops. some were polite to him but many of the officers who frequently got drunk went over to beat him. Vaughn's kindness to the soldiers earned him some friends, one in particular named Takashima (cant remember his last name). These 2 became friends quikly and talked offen. Soon Takashima was put in charge of watching over Warren and making sure none of the other soldiers tried to attack him. There was one problem with this, most of the people who came to beat on Vaughn were officers and when you disobayed an officers orders you were to be shot or beheaded right then and their. Even with this impending threat Takashima still made sure no one hurt his american friend. Their friendship lasted for a a month and a half when a major named Fujihara (cant remember his last name either ) took control of Warren. Fujihara was a notorious drunk, every night he would get together with some soldiers and drink sake (thats SA-KAY). One day when Fujihara was sober, he ordered Takashima to take the American prisoner to be beheaded. Takashima went to Warren and told him that they were going to go out and walk around seeing as how the bombing stopped. Warren fallowed Takashima up the hill where Takashima (tears in his eyes) blindfolded the American and helped him to what was going to be his grave. Takashima told warren to kneel down so he was at the edge of the pit. The soldiers game him a cigarette, a shot of sake, and talked with him just like a group of regular pilots talking about manuvers. Warren didnt know Japanese enough to speak it but some soldiers would ask what he would do if they got behind him and he showed them with his hands how he would roll away. Soon all the talking stopped. Takashima looked at one of the men who was a kendo expert and was about to order him to decapitate Warren. He paused for a minuts and took out his own sword while looking at the men. Warren just nelt there by the pit with a slight smile on his face knowing what was about to happen. He heard some ones footsteps approch next to him. Every soldier was quiet as Takashima raised his sword above his head and with one swift motion, came down on Warren Earl Vaughns neck decapitating him. His body fell limp into the pit as Takashima fell to his knees. After the war was over Takashima wanted to honour the name Warren Earl Vaughn by renaming himself as such. To this day you can call Takashima's house and he will answer "Hello? This is Warren." |
